Description

Adfix is a digital marketing agency that partners with US-based fashion and streetwear brands. We help brands scale by blending performance marketing with authentic cultural storytelling. We’re looking for a Cultural Copywriter to join our creative team part-time and bring a sharp, stylish voice to our clients’ campaigns.

This isn’t just about writing product copy—it’s about shaping narratives that tap into the culture of fashion, sneakers, music, and luxury streetwear. If you’ve ever written copy that felt like it could sit alongside a campaign from Highsnobiety, Off-White, or Aimé Leon Dore, this role is for you.

Our Core Values
  • Client-First Decisions: Every choice—creative, budget, or timing—flows from the question: Is this the right thing for the client's business? We focus on measurable wins that prioritize client results.
  • Proactive Ownership: We spot issues early, jump in to fix them, and see projects through until the value is proven. We don’t wait for problems to be flagged.
  • Transparency & Integrity: We explain results in plain language, backed by data. We keep promises, tell hard truths, own mistakes quickly, and never cherry-pick.
  • Win-Win Mentality: We collaborate openly, share knowledge, and focus on expanding collective success rather than individual wins.
What You’ll Do
  • Craft email, SMS, and ad copy that feels authentic and culturally fluent.
  • Create storytelling around drops, collections, and collaborations—making each launch feel like an event.
  • Collaborate with designers and strategists to align words and visuals into campaigns that land.
  • Write social captions, ads, product descriptions, and editorial-style copy that balance luxury tone with cultural credibility.
  • Stay tapped into fashion, sneaker, and music trends so every word you write feels current.
  • Protect and elevate each client’s brand voice across all touchpoints.
Role Details
  • Type: Part-Time (10-20 hours/week)
  • Location: Remote (US/UK-based preferred, but open)
  • Compensation: Competitive retainer, based on experience
  • Reports to: Creative Strategist
Requirements
  • Proven experience writing for fashion, luxury, or streetwear brands
  • Strong background in creative writing, journalism, or marketing copy.
  • A natural ability to connect products to culture, not just push sales.
  • Experience across email marketing, ads, and editorial content.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email platforms is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and culturally aware.
  • Accountability & responsibility – you take ownership of tasks and you are committed to complete them in time.
  • Availability to work part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) with expected overlap with the European team. Core availability should be maintained Monday-Friday between 9 AM and 1 PM EST
  • Professional references will be requested upon successful interview to move forward.
Benefits
  • Remote-first culture: work from anywhere, flexible working hours.
  • Competitive salary.
  • Uncapped growth opportunities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • 20 days paid time off (pro-rated for less than full-time positions).
  • Paid annual team meet-ups at exciting locations.
  • Work-from-home perks.

How to Apply
Please include 5-8 writing samples from recent projects you personally authored (emails, ads, product/editorial copy). Portfolios focused only on app/website UX will not be considered. Case studies or portfolios showing past work with fashion, luxury, or streetwear brands are strongly preferred. We want to see how you bring culture to life through words.
