As a Senior Associate in the Cross Currency Payments team, you are a significant contributor to a business development team who execute the Cross Currency growth strategy. Cross Currency and Global Payments are critical drivers of the international growth agenda for the global Treasury Services business and the greater Corporate and Investment Bank Business. You will support Client Managers and help to accelerate the growth of the regional and cross-regional Cross Currency Profit and Loss through a full range of sales activities.
Job responsibilities

  • Develops and executes regional strategy for growing the Cross Currency Profit and Loss
  • Manages pipeline to develop target list, execute from pre-sales to winning mandates and closing deals, in addition to senior management reporting
  • Delivers client presentations and presales activities including coordinating with Treasury Services Sales, JP Morgan Corporate Bankers and Investment Banking Foreign Exchange Sales for proactive and targeted client calling; develops and present client relevant and thoughtful solution presentations
  • Develops compelling segment specific value propositions and proposals that will also drive marketing efforts
  • Closely coordinates with Treasure Services sales, product management and Request for Proposals (RFP) team to coordinate RFP responses and pricing decisions
  • Provides continuous feedback to Product teams of emerging trends in the market and client needs for product evolution
  • Plans with Treasury Services Sales, Global Corporate Bank Bankers and Foreign Exchange Marketers to ensure aligned positioning for clients
  • Prospects clients that do not use the Cross Currency solutions suite
  • Mines the existing Treasure Services portfolio for business development opportunities
  • Manages attrition, pursues portfolio growth with existing clients as well as generating new business


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Able to work under direct portfolio growth targets, in a competitive environment
  • Exceptional writing, verbal communication and client facing skills
  • Able to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners - sales, product management, client service, and Global Bankers


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • BA or BSc from a top-tier program or equivalent experience
