How do we work?
Joining us you will be a part of a perfectly formed in-house Creative Team.
You will report into the Head of Creative Services and join a team of expert - Experimentation Consultants, Developer and Project Manager.
Independent Contractor is required to operate as a business entity (company/sole proprietorship) to enter into a Consulting Contract with OANDA.
In this role, you will:
Improve the conversion rate and overall performance of the macro- and micro- KPIs sat within the Creative Team.
Be responsible for the lifecycle of key optimisation programmes, including experimentation strategy, personalization, tracking and Customer activation in a fast-growth environment.
Work closely with our CRO programme partners - external agency and Analytics, Strategy Insight, Marketing, Content & Design and Product Teams; you’ll be driving the best practise to support the evolution of test-and-learn experimental programme.
Drive A/B and multivariate testing strategies, leverage data insights to optimise user experiences, reduce friction and accelerate conversion growth.
What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?
Advanced knowledge of the user experience, user interaction, user behaviour, conversion funnels, and key performance indicators to identify data-driven trends, optimisation opportunities, and areas for user journeys’ improvement.
Previous experience of covering the full end-to-end process from test configuration, quality assurance, activation to analysis with the techniques such as A/B/n, MVT, statistical analysis.
Intermediate knowledge of web tracking, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Advanced OneTrust cookie consent management practical knowledge.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and manage both internal stakeholders and external agencies effectively.
Nice to have:
Working experience of GA4, GTM, Hotjar, JIRA, Confluence and Optimizely.
Analytics platform hands-on experience Tableau, Adjust, Amplitude, Zuko.
