As a CRM (Systems Integration) Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the development and management of project plans for systems integration projects within HubSpot. From start to finish, you will be involved in every aspect of the project, including discovery, implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project scope, assessing requirements, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

🚀 Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on:

1) Expertly managing project scheduling and budget planning

  • Develop a project plan that meets stakeholders/customers needs and delivers desired outcomes within budget.
  • Partner with Resource Managers to accurately predict and allocate the necessary resources.
  • Create and manage a budget that reflects the scope of work and resource requirements.

2) Streamlined project tracking, reporting, and administration:

  • Responsible for completing, distributing, and storing all project documentation.
  • Ensuring timely preparation of briefs and resolving unclear or incomplete situations is your responsibility.
  • Monitor and provide regular updates to ensure project progress aligns with client goals.

3)Effective project communication, timeliness, and client satisfaction:

  • Articulate problems and bring the right people together to solve them with a sense of urgency.
  • Monitoring communications and ensuring that all client communication is being responded to and dealt with.
  • Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and effectively communicate and manage project risks.

🏗️ To excel in this role, you should have the following:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working systems integrations projects.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training.
  • Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable.
