What you'll be doing:

  • Create and manage highly targeted customer audiences for CRM campaigns, using data and customer insights to deliver personalised communications across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, on-site experiences, and performance marketing channels.
  • Build, execute and optimise both automated and one-off CRM campaigns, supporting the development of engaging campaign content that aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Utilise tools such as Braze, Movable Ink and HTML to deliver best-in-class CRM campaigns, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, customer-focused campaigns across multiple channels while continuously identifying opportunities to improve CRM operations and campaign performance.
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with FCA, GDPR and internal governance requirements, maintaining the highest standards of customer data protection and regulatory compliance.

What we're looking for:

You'll have experience delivering CRM campaigns with a strong focus on audience creation, segmentation and personalised customer communications. You'll be confident using CRM platforms such as Braze and Movable Ink, with working knowledge of email HTML and SQL to support campaign execution and audience management. You'll bring strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business. A passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer experiences will help you thrive in this role.
