Job title: CRM Operations Executive (Maternity Cover)

Location: Sofia

Overview of the role:

We’re looking for a proactive and meticulous CRM Operations Executive to join our team in Bulgaria on a maternity cover contract. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end campaign production process, ensuring campaigns are completed efficiently, meet high-quality standards, and align with business priorities.

This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from home while enjoying time in our modern office space. You’ll have flexibility to work with your manager to find the schedule that works best, all while staying aligned with the team’s goals.

Our office is located in a lively part of the city, offering the best of both worlds: dynamic workspaces and access to free snacks, as well as a gaming zone for when you need a break.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the main point of contact for CRM campaign requests, evaluating their feasibility and determining the best approach for production.

  • Lead campaign squad meetings, bringing together key stakeholders and production teams to ensure smooth execution.

  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from planning through to delivery, proactively resolving potential roadblocks.

  • Prioritize workloads and manage campaign scheduling to ensure alignment with business objectives and minimal disruptions.

  • Foster strong collaboration between marketing, operations, and production teams to drive efficiency and enhance team satisfaction.

  • Find opportunities to improve workflows and processes, streamlining production and boosting campaign effectiveness.

What you’ll bring:

  • A strong understanding of the online gaming industry.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt to changing business needs, and solve problems effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

  • A positive, solutions-driven attitude and the ability to work well within a team.

It’s ok if you don’t think you tick every box on this list. We love people who want to challenge themselves and are passionate about what they do. If you believe you can contribute in some areas and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Why choose us:

Aside from a generous base salary, we have a fantastic benefits & rewards program that is designed to encourage personal and career development.

  • Discretionary annual performance bonus

  • 30 days paid leave

  • Health and Dental Insurance for you, your partner and your children (if you all live at the same address)

  • Personal life insurance and disability coverage

  • A personal interest allowance to let you learn something new or pursue a hobby

  • External learning support of up to £2,000 or equivalent in local currency, dedicated 4 learning “Power Hours” every month during office time, full access to the Udemy and Mindtools platforms, in-house leadership program and many other training opportunities for developing your skills and progressing your career

  • 26 weeks primary carer leave at 100% pay & 4 weeks secondary carer leave pay at 100% pay
