Does this sound like you? 

A CRM Marketing expert who has ample experience within B2B email marketing including best practice techniques of lead generation to drive acquisition and long-term engagement. Great communication comes second nature to you and are confident in supporting multiple business areas and individuals to deliver key projects. 

What you’ll do: 

This role will report into our Senior CRM Marketing Manager and play a crucial part in supporting our client journeys at Flagstone through CRM marketing activities driving acquisition, retention and loyalty. Working as part of a newly formed SME squad, your key responsibilities will be as follows: 

  • Strategy: Setting the communication strategy for B2B clients, alongside the Senior CRM Marketing Manager and oversees creation and optimisation of holistic customer journeys.  
  • Data: Using data/insight develop, deliver, and execute targeted client experiences supporting the commercial goals of Flagstone. 
  • Email & SMS Marketing: Creating multi-channel journeys aimed at driving client acquisition of new SME corporate clients, as well as driving engagement and LTV from existing clients.
  • Innovation & Martech: Act as Subject Matter Expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and associated marketing tools, ensuring that the business gets maximum value from the tool including cross-training Squads and teams as appropriate. 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Growth: Experience in driving growth through B2B lead generation. 
  • ESP Experience:  Deep understanding of using and maximising value from ESPs (Email Service Providers), with a preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 
  • Communication: Ability to contribute to creation of an affective B2B communications strategy, covering all parts of the client lifecycle from awareness to advocacy. 
  • Marketing Automation: Experience of using marketing automation to improve processes and deliver value 
  • Analytics: Strong analytical skills, identifying actionable insights and optimising opportunities through regular reporting to stakeholders.
