Responsibilities include planning with the sales and MBS marketing teams, maintaining a marketing calendar, submitting creative briefs, building campaigns in Braze and Pardot, setting up automation, circulating proofs, and analysing performance.
- Lead the development of the promotional calendar and coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on audience segmentation, contact strategy, and performance forecasting informed by historical data (primarily targeting acquisition and returning customer strategies).
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to use performance insights to improve existing lifecycle campaigns and develop new automated programmes.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and align expectations with stakeholders across sales, design, and analytics.
- Design and execute a testing strategy to increase engagement and conversion through the email marketing programme.
- Monitor email deliverability, engagement metrics, and bounce rates, and work with external tools and partners to maintain a high-quality sender reputation.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in email marketing, CRM, and direct marketing through ongoing competitor and industry analysis.
About You

- High attention to detail
- Experience with audience segmentation and developing targeted marketing campaigns
- Basic HTML skills, including the ability to troubleshoot rendering issues and implement new templates
- Proficiency with major email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Campaign, or similar), and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey CRM and email marketing strategies to diverse audiences
- A customer-first mindset focused on delivering smooth, engaging, and effective campaigns and customer journeys
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with flexibility
