Job Description

MONY Group has evolved in recent years to become the UK’s leading listed tech-based savings platform, supporting not only its own well-trusted brands, MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert and Quidco, but also those of leading third-party businesses.

We’re on a mission to help households save money, in 2024 we helped them save £2.7 billion. It’s something we’re especially proud of! But we’re not stopping here. We’re committed to making our products and services even better to help them save even more. With big plans ahead, we’ve room for one new member of the team.

We’re looking for a self-starter, commercially-minded CRM Manager to join our dynamic team and make an immediate impact across both the MoneySuperMarket and Quidco brands. You’ll be the driving force behind some of our CRM campaigns, using creativity, data, and an entrepreneurial attitude to craft compelling CRM campaigns that grow revenue and build lasting customer relationships.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, develop, and deliver end-to-end multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, Onsite/App Messaging, SMS, etc.) that engage, convert, and retain customers.

  • Collaborate with Commercial Teams: Work closely with commercial teams to identify new partnership opportunities and ensure our CRM activities reflect the best deals and offers in the market.

  • Customer Insights: Use data analytics and customer insights to personalise messaging, segment audiences, and refine CRM tactics for better engagement and results.

  • Think Independently & Act Fast: Be proactive and agile in identifying trending topics, industry changes, or customer needs that can drive new campaigns and communication strategies.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse the performance of CRM campaigns, optimising for open rates, conversion, and overall impact on revenue.

  • Innovate & Experiment: Constantly test new ideas, channels, and content to find new ways to engage our customers, maximise customer lifetime value, and minimise churn.

  • Cross-Brand Management: Balance the unique needs and tones of MoneySuperMarket and Quidco, ensuring consistency while maintaining each brand’s distinct identity.

What value you’ll bring to the role

  • Commercially Driven: You have a sharp commercial mind and are constantly looking for ways to deliver revenue and value. You can sniff out a great deal and know how to sell it to customers.

  • Customer-Centric: You care deeply about the customer experience and are motivated to deliver value and solutions that make their lives easier.

  • Data-Savvy: You understand the importance of data in shaping CRM campaigns and know how to use it to drive performance.

  • Creative Problem-Solver: You’re resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’re constantly thinking on your feet and uncovering new opportunities to engage with customers

  • Collaborative: You enjoy working cross-functionally with commercial, product, and marketing teams to achieve common goals.

  • Experienced: You have previous experience in a CRM role (preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced company), with a track record of driving successful campaigns that boost engagement and revenue.

  • Energetic & Adaptable: You bring energy, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial spirit, always ready to shift and seize new opportunities as they arise.
