The Role

The CRM Lifecycle Specialist will work closely with the Senior CRM Lifecycle Manager to support the implementation, briefing and optimisation of automated lifecycle journeys.
This role is hands-on and operational, focusing on campaign briefing, segmentation, analysis and ongoing improvements across channels like email, push, digital marketing channels, SMS and on-site messaging.

You will contribute to onboarding, early-life flows, reactivation sequences, and cross-sell journeys. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lifecycle Build & Automation

  • Build, schedule, and deploy CRM campaigns and automated journeys across email, push, SMS and other channels.
  • Support the Senior CRM Lifecycle Manager in maintaining and optimising lifecycle flows, including early-life, retention, reactivation and cross-sell sequences.
  • Execute segmentation logic based on behavioural data, player value, lifecycle stage and product preferences.
  • Ensure CRM assets (copy, creatives, CTAs) are correctly implemented and aligned with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.

Testing, QA & Optimization

  • Set up and run A/B tests on templates, subject lines, messaging, timing, and incentives.
  • Conduct thorough QA for all CRM campaigns to ensure flawless execution across devices and channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on key CRM metrics including open/click rates, engagement, early-life conversion, reactivation uplift, cross-sell performance and churn indicators.
  • Provide insights to support optimisations of existing flows and development of new customer journeys.
  • Assist with ongoing data validation and event-trigger checks in collaboration with the Data team.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Brands, Creative, Data, Product, Sportsbook and Casino Operations teams to support effective and timely CRM execution.
  • Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for lifecycle strategy improvements.

Team Support

  • Assist the Senior CRM Lifecycle Manager with day-to-day operations, documentation, prioritisation and execution of the lifecycle automation roadmap.
  • Learn and grow under senior mentorship, progressively taking ownership over specific lifecycle segments or flows.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-3+ years of CRM, marketing automation or retention marketing experience — iGaming experience preferred.
  • Practical experience in building, deploying and optimising multi-channel CRM campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM/automation tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with behavioural data and campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong QA abilities.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative working style.

Nice to Have (but not mandatory):

  • Basic SQL or BI tool experience (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience in both casino and sportsbook CRM strategy.
