More about our mission and what we offer.

Job Description

The CRM team at Wise is expanding to consolidate our efforts to develop our global B2C (business to customer) lifecycle communications. We’re all about bringing value to our customers who deserve first-class communications so they make the most of their Wise account that helps them save money and avoid the terrible exchange rates from traditional banks.

We’re building money without borders for people and businesses, and we need your help to make our referral customer comms best-in-class. We’re problem solvers—we work with our Product, Marketing Tech, Analytics, and UX Research teams to define and execute the strategy for product and marketing customer comms across multiple channels (email, push notifications, in-app messages).

Role/Programme:

As a CRM Intern, you’ll join our Referrals team for a 6-month internship starting June 22, 2026. You’ll be onboarded with the global internship cohort in our London office and learn the basics of being a Wiser, as well as understand how CRM works here.

During this time, you will take ownership of growing our referral community by shaping the way we run regional promotions—from brainstorming fresh competition ideas and promotions to hitting 'send' on the campaigns that drive growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact: In this role, you will:

  • Support execution: Help with the end-to-end execution of cross-channel campaigns (e.g., product changes, marketing, lifecycle, transactional comms, surveys) using email, push notifications, and in-product messages.

  • Collaborate and learn: Work closely with CRM Managers, Product Specialists, Researchers, and Analysts to understand how we apply product knowledge to choose the right channels and approaches when talking to customers.

  • Drive operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the CRM platform, including email calendar management, deliverability monitoring, and monthly reporting.

  • Go global: Help build templates and implement the localisation process for Wise’s international campaigns.

  • Analyse and optimise: Learn to analyse customer data and campaign performance to provide insights that drive effective marketing and product support initiatives.

Growth and Development:

At Wise, we believe in continuous learning and development. You will have access to:

Mentorship / Buddy Programme: We have a Buddy Programme to give you as much connection as possible with people who know exactly what you’re going through.

Qualifications

What does it take? These things are a must:

  • You graduated in 2025 or 2026

  • You are available to start a 6-month internship from 22 June 2026.

  • Eligible to work in the UK without any sponsorship and available to work from our local London office 3 times a week to support your development.

  • Ownership mindset: You are a self-starter who isn't afraid to take responsibility for your work. You come equipped with perseverance and a preference for a collaborative environment.

  • Proactivity & Organisation: You have strong time management skills and attention to detail, and know how to navigate both structured and unstructured tasks.

  • Confident Communication: You have good communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and enjoy collaborating across teams.

  • Stakeholder Management: You are comfortable working with and gathering information from multiple people at different levels.

  • Creativity: You enjoy bringing fresh ideas to the table to solve problems.

  • Curious & Motivated: You have a strong desire to learn technical tooling and develop your analytical skills.

And any of these would be great, but aren’t essential:

Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to know everything! We prioritise your skills, potential, and eagerness to learn over existing technical expertise.

  • An understanding of CRM basics and the landscape of lifecycle marketing.

  • Basic analytical skills

Additional information

What you get back:

  • 🐶 Pet friendly offices

  • 💸 Salary of £30,784 Pro rata

  • Start alongside our 2026 intern cohort. Allowing you to build your network cross-functionally.

Additional Information

For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders  — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive.

We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences.
Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
