About The Role:

What You’ll Do

As the EMEA GTM Director for our CRM product, you’ll be at the forefront of driving adoption, market expansion, and revenue growth for a solution that helps teams manage customer relationships like never before. This is a highly strategic and cross-functional leadership role where you’ll collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partners and Sales teams to:

  • Lead GTM Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap to scale our CRM product in EMEA , ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Shape Product Positioning: Drive competitive analysis and market research to craft compelling messaging and differentiation.
  • Enable Sales Success: Build and deliver sales enablement tools, playbooks, and training programs to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive Product Adoption: Collaborate on campaigns that maximise customer engagement and retention.
  • Measure Success: Establish clear KPIs, track performance, and iterate to ensure constant improvement.

You will report to the GM of EMEA & VP Sales.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Proven Expertise: 7+ years in Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, or Strategic roles in SaaS; CRM experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Strategic Leadership: A track record of developing and scaling GTM strategies for high-growth products.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Exceptional ability to work across functions, inspire teams, and align stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Sharp analytical skills to assess market trends, competitive landscape, and campaign performance.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk is a bonus.
