Job DescriptionThe CRM Exec will work as part of a CRM team within the Customer Marketing Team and is responsible for building customer activation, engagement and retention through CRM automation and triggered lifecycle marketing.
Using omni-channel engagement program Braze you will develop and manage multi-channel, segmented customer lifecycle campaigns, building contact strategies for multiple customer segments. You will work closely with the Strategic Business Units to design these automated campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day execution of email and push communications are delivered in a timely and effective manner
- Update CRM email calendar, ensuring communications are matched with KPIs
- Launch new CRM campaigns, working with BI, Data Science, Creative and other stakeholders on campaign requirements
- Plan and execute activity for optimising CRM audiences
- Build manage and deploy automated behavior-based workflow automations for in-app, web and mobile push messages and triggered email campaigns through our Braze platforms
- Manage the CRM briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of all BAU email and push notifications
- Improve the relevancy of all emails through appropriate segmentation and targeting.
- Execution of AB and multivariate testing.
- Reporting on CRM and campaign performance using data led analytics
- Support the CRM team with monthly campaign reporting and analysis, feeding back recommendations and key takeaways to the wider team, and senior stakeholders.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a technical CRM role
- Previous experience with Braze or similar omni channel engagement technology
- Experience in creating personalised user journeys and lifecycle automations
- Proven ability of structured communication in English, additional language(s) is a bonus
- Technical skills to build email campaigns including understanding segments, triggers, and logic building
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects, programs, and priorities simultaneously, in a fast pace, dynamic environment.
- Experience or knowledge of the financial trading sectors (FX and CFD) or Gaming is highly desirable.
- Experience in HTML and liquid logic is a bonus.
- Experience of working in a multinational / multi-market organisation highly desirable
