Got Drive? Join AnyVan as we make moving anything, anywhere miles better and build a career that moves just as fast.

Back in 2009, our CEO Angus saw half-empty vans everywhere and knew there had to be a better way! That's how AnyVan began. He set out to create the world's most efficient logistics technology and help halve the number of wasted miles by filling those empty vans.

Since then we've become the nation's favourite way to move, with over 150k five-star reviews and 5 million customers in the UK and Europe. Our team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town and Bogota is proving that moving doesn't have to cost the earth by helping save 8,520 tonnes of Carbon each year.

We’re looking for a motivated, early-career CRM specialist to help shape and deliver our customer lifecycle strategy across the UK and EU.

In this role, you’ll build smart journeys, optimise touchpoints, and use data to uncover opportunities for growth, efficiency, and standout customer experiences. If you’re excited by customer behaviour, personalisation, and finding genuine ways to drive performance, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll collaborate with teams across the business to drive conversion, retention and meaningful engagement through personalised, insight-driven communications that truly resonate.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own day-to-day campaign execution, building emails, setting up journeys and QA-ing every detail to ensure accurate, on-brand, error-free comms for the right audience

  • Analyse campaign performance, dig into the data to understand what’s working, surface issues early, and recommend smart improvements

  • Deliver customer and commercial value, partner with product, data and commercial teams to ensure every initiative drives strong ROI and a better experience

  • Work across multiple channels, email, SMS, web, calls and more, keeping everything running smoothly using HubSpot

Projects you could work on next year:

  • Building hyper-personalised journeys using our AI-driven personalisation engine

  • Increasing attach rates, e.g. for premium services

  • Helping launch CRM programmes in new international markets

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 0-3 years' marketing experience, with a passion for CRM and lifecycle communications

  • The ability to work at pace, balancing planned campaigns with fast-moving, reactive opportunities

  • A collaborative, energetic approach, you’re someone who brings ideas and momentum

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (experience with HubSpot or equivalent is a bonus)

  • Data-driven, you’re confident analysing performance, investigating issues, A/B testing and optimising journeys

  • Curiosity and a growth mindset, you’re always testing, learning and improving

  • Alignment with our values and a desire to make a meaningful impact

  • Based in the UK and able to commute to Hammersmith at least 3 days a week

  • Please note: we’re unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role
