Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our Customer Engagement team, who engage with customers through multiple channels to help them understand and manage their credit score and finances in a way that is relevant to their individual circumstances.

Responsibilities

  • You will use customer insight, analysis and data to create compelling campaign ideas, messaging and designs. Be inspired by understanding our customers and produce campaigns which bring our products and features to life, showing customers how Experian is on their side & helping them manage their finances.
  • Develop campaigns and messaging throughout multiple customer journeys, creating consistent journeys across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. You will be reponsible for end-to-end campaign management from planning and execution through to reporting and implementing recommendations and optimisation.
  • Daily responsibility for defining and delivering our CRM plans with focus on engaging our existing customers.
  • Partner with agencies and our teams to ensure all projects meet goals and all campaigns meet brand/content/compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

  • CRM and campaign management experience – ability to show how to develop compelling creative and messaging
  • Experience working on direct channels – sms, email, push notifications, DM
  • Passionate about working with complex data and insights, with experience in using it to lead campaign development, and improving targeting and performance
  • Experience working in cross functional teams
  • Have managed numerous and simultaneous priorities and projects .
