We are now looking for a CRM Executive to join the team for a 9 month fixed term contract.  


The CRM Executive will be planning and Implementing multi-channel CRM activity across the reader lifecycle


About the role

  • Plan, develop and implement multi-channel campaigns such as but not limited to; acquisition, in-life, upsell/cross-sell, renewal, winback
  • Deliver multi-channel and measurable customer campaigns and journeys
  • Presenting plans and activity performance to a broad range of stakeholders, taking part in team and cross functional meetings

About you

  • Experience of building campaigns using a CRM tool (ideally Braze but not essential)
  • Experience of marketing performance tracking, analysis and reporting
  • Experience in audience-centric, data-driven marketing
  • Experience of executing activity across email, but other channels would be a bonus

We operate in a hybrid environment working 3 days a week from our offices in Kings Cross and 2 days a week remotely.

Guardian News and Media is proud to be a London Living wage employer. The minimum salary for any full-time role within the organisation is £30,000 per annum. Salary ranges are dependent on skills and experience.
