Why be a CRM Executive at THG?

Reporting into the LOOKFANTASTIC CRM Manager (EU), the CRM Executive (EU) will support the LOOKFANTASTIC CRM team in the execution of the EU CRM strategy: briefing and amending creative and building and scheduling emails and push app notifications to drive continued growth in sales, whilst delivering a great customer experience.


As a CRM Executive, you'll:

  • Responsible for the briefing, building and scheduling of email marketing communications and push app notifications for the EU CRM team.
  • Write copy for emails and push notifications.
  • Segmentation of the customer database using in-house CRM tools.
  • A/B testing to ensure emails are optimised to the best performing setups.
  • Update templates for automated and triggered email campaigns as and when required.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the wider CRM team to achieve the monthly revenue targets and channel KPIs.
  • Ensure all email communications and app notifications are delivered on brief, on time and in line with the global CRM strategy.
  • Ensure all CRM messaging aligns with wider brand messaging and tone of voice.


What Skills and Experience Do I Need?

  • 1+ year’s CRM experience
  • French, German or Dutch language skills desired
  • Copywriting for marketing channels, ideally CRM
  • Time management and organisation: prioritise workload and effectively manage time to meet tight deadlines
  • Assertive and pro-active with a positive attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable using Excel
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-channel experience and exposure (Email, App)
  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or Tableau
  • E-commerce sector experience
