At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end email campaign execution - including planning, setup, testing, deployment, and performance reporting.
  • Segment contact lists based on behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stages to run targeted outreach sequences and outbound LinkedIn/Meta campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to best practices, privacy regulations, and deliverability standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns for improved deliverability, open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and pipeline impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, sales, and marketing teams to craft compelling, on-brand messaging and creative assets.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare detailed reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Stay current with email marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests to continuously improve subject lines, content, and CTAs.
  • Work with channel leads to integrate email and CRM initiatives with broader marketing campaigns for a cohesive customer journey.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, covering both inbound and outbound strategies - ideally in a B2B SaaS or digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools, as well as enrichment and sequencing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, segmentation, personalization, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization.
  • Analytical mindset — ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating across teams to align campaigns with broader marketing and sales initiatives.
