Role overview


Fresha is seeking a CRM Administrator (HubSpot) to manage and optimise our HubSpot CRM, ensuring the platform meets the needs of our growing sales, marketing, and customer service teams. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, developing automation workflows, supporting our teams with any CRM related challenges, and with creating accurate reporting and insights.

Key accountabilities:

  • CRM Management & Maintenance
  • Ensure optimal functionality of HubSpot, managing settings, and configurations.
  • Regularly update and cleanse the CRM data to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and manage custom properties, deal stages, and pipelines as needed.
  • Automation & Process Optimisation
  • Build and optimise workflows, sequences, and automation to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement automation strategies for lead nurturing, sales funnel management, and email campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and customer service teams to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Analyse CRM data to provide insights on customer behaviours, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness.
  • User Support & Training
  • Provide ongoing training and support for users across the company, helping them navigate HubSpot effectively.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to internal teams as needed.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

  • Experience in HubSpot CRM administration is essential (HubSpot certification is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and process automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and optimise processes to improve efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in CRM reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify problems and opportunities as well as offer or implement actions and solutions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
