Job Description

We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to assess and provide insightful analysis on the performance of assigned Credit Risk Lending strategies, identifying opportunities to improve performance, contributing to the delivery of FS goals and objectives.

  • Producing MI and insightful analysis on credit risk lending strategies, measuring their performance against expectations.
  • Implementing and adhering to all governance, risk and compliance standards, ensuring strategies deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business .
  • Identifying, building and maintaining key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver strategy performance insight.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a consumer-based business, ideally within retail or financial services
• Experience in SQL or another coding language such as Python 
• Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders 
• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Is delivery and customer focussed
• Is analytical, pragmatic and systematic in approach 
• Ability to produce and interpret data and information
• Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a wider team 
• High attention to detail 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• IT literate
• Ideally exposure and experience of Credit Risk strategy development
• Ideally working knowledge of financial sector compliance and governance, i.e., FCA, TCF, Data Protection

What’s next?
