This role that you are applying for, will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO-UK share their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, however the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services

The role in a nutshell: The Credit Risk Analyst will support the Credit Risk Manager in implementing strategies to manage delinquency, refine credit scoring, and ensure robust credit risk reporting. This role focuses on analysing credit data, supporting score management, and enhancing portfolio monitoring processes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delinquency Analysis: Assist in monitoring and analysing delinquency rates, identifying trends, and supporting reduction strategies.
  • Scorecard Validation: Collaborate on scorecard validation and contribute to portfolio risk assessments.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on credit risk KPIs and support the maintenance of portfolio monitoring systems.
  • ECL Model Support: Aid in recalibrating ECL models based on current credit data, with a focus on refining Exposure at Default (EAD) and Loss Given Default (LGD) parameters.
  • Policy Implementation: Support governance activities by assisting in updating policies related to credit risk, write-offs, and delinquency management.

Experience you'll gain:

Requirements

Key Experience & Skills:

  • Credit Analysis Proficiency: Strong foundation in analysing credit data, scorecard validation, and portfolio risk assessment.
  • Data and Model Handling: Familiarity with managing ECL models and parameters, specifically EAD and LGD calibration.
  • Reporting & Monitoring: Skilled in producing and interpreting credit risk reports and KPI tracking.
