About the Business Division:
Central Services is a division of M3 EU Ltd. Its purpose is to be a shared finance resource for all divisions within M3 EU Ltd. Services provided are A/P, Payroll, HR, Credit Control and all aspects of Accounting.
Job Description- Accounts Receivable processing including raising and sending of customer invoices
- Preparation of monthly A/R schedules
- Preparation of annual audit schedules for A/R
- Managing customer accounts. Ensuring customers pay invoices on time and addressing any payment issues.
- Processing all bank transactions for customer receipts on a daily basis
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
- Previous experience in a similar role – at least 2 years
- Strong System skills (Knowledge of Barclays.net and NetSuite an advantage)
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
