Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Creator Marketing Specialist to be based in London, UK.

The Creator Marketing Specialist will develop and support the UK Creator Marketing program, with a primary focus on developing relationships with Gaming and Sports creators with the mission to increase brand awareness and product relevance.

You will identify, establish, and nurture authentic relationships with relevant Gaming & Sports creators who embody Red Bull's values. By connecting these creators with projects and opportunities within the World of Red Bull, you will ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Tracking performance will be an essential part of the role to ensure we achieve our marketing goals. As an expert on the topic, you will be at the forefront of trends and industry news, and you will contribute to educating internal teams about the creator program.

Job Description

STRATEGY

Develop and implement the creator strategy for Gaming & Sport, following the UK & Global Creator Strategy.

NETWORK & RELATIONS

Identify, select, and manage a pool of relevant Gaming & Sport creators across various social platforms.
Build long-lasting, meaningful relationships between Red Bull and creators. All relationships with creators are on a non-monetary basis; instead, you will focus on creating and delivering experiences and shared benefits rather than paying for brand exposure. Develop our key Sport & Gaming creator plans for the year ahead and be the main point of contact.

PROJECT AND EVENTS ACTIVATIONS

Identify creator events/projects that we can give wiiings to and collaborate with internal departments to activate these accordingly.
Identify relevant gaming creators who can be integrated into relevant events. Build and deliver creator experiences at Red Bull events. Accompany and host creators when they attend Red Bull events.

PRODUCT SAMPLING

Work in close collaboration with our Brand/Comms Team to manage the Creator database and ensure creators are regularly sent cans.

PERFORMANCE TRACKING

Manage the creator database and ensure all internal tracking and reporting platforms are up to date to help achieve our marketing goals.
Measure and analyse the performance of your work, demonstrating its impact on our overall business goals and identifying opportunities for strength or weakness that can be improved.

BRAND GUARDIANSHIP

Act as a brand guardian for Red Bull, ensuring we communicate our brand purpose, beliefs, and values along with our product benefits and attributes according to brand guidelines and in a relevant way for people in the UK.

Qualifications

Strong planning and project management skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with creators.
Passionate about the gaming and sports creator space, with experience working directly with and/or managing talent.
Perfect understanding of youth culture, their social media habits, and interests.
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
Creative mind paired with an entrepreneurial 'can-do' attitude, focusing on solutions.
Open-minded and at ease connecting with others and inspiring them.
Strong communication skills.
A role model when it comes to living and representing our brand and its values.
