Creator Growth Lead (Lead Channel Manager)

Creative Partnerships · Full-time · London (Hybrid), open to UK-based

ABOUT PUBITY GROUP

Pubity Group is the largest Gen Z social publisher in the world, with an organic audience of over 170 million people spanning 20 communities across the globe and reaching 1.6 billion users every month.

Our Creative Partnerships team runs the social presence of some of the best-known creators and entertainers on the internet, including ShxtsNGigs, the Sidemen, Josh Peck and Nancy Cartwright, growing their audiences, engagement and revenue across Facebook and YouTube.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes creators and social: Facebook first, YouTube close behind. As our most senior channel operator, you’ll own channel strategy across our whole roster of creator pages and lead the editorial team around them (video editors, static editors and content researchers), enabling them to generate, curate and develop content that drives followership, engagement, viewership and revenue.

Every creator is different, and so is every page. There’s no one-size-fits-all here, so you’ll chop and change constantly, and you’ll be trusted to own this area end to end: from how content is packaged, to how the team works, to what the numbers say we should do next. And as the roster grows, you’ll build the playbook that lets us take on new creators quickly without dropping quality.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Own channel strategy

Build and run day-to-day content strategies for each creator’s pages, tailored to their tone of voice, audience and commercial goals, and built to scale.

Stay ahead of the current Facebook and YouTube algorithms and turn platform shifts into practical changes in what we make and publish.

Programme both short-form content and long-form IP, knowing what each platform rewards and how the two feed each other.

Run competitor analysis, benchmarking our creators’ pages against comparable channels and formats to spot gaps and opportunities.

Lead the onboarding of new creators, standing up the strategy, workflow and targets for every new page we take on and getting them growing quickly.

Lead the editorial team

Guide and lead video editors, static editors and content researchers day to day: setting strategy, briefing clearly and giving sharp editorial feedback.

Make the calls on how content is packaged (hooks, titles, thumbnails, captions and cutdowns) with a keen eye for what makes a creator’s content travel.

Own process and workflow management across the content pipeline, from post-production through to publishing.

Wear many hats and get stuck in wherever the team needs you, so our creators’ pages stay profitable and keep growing.

Own the numbers

Report on and analyse the performance of the content you and the team put out, and turn those findings into next week’s plan.

Set the growth targets for each page, and liaise with our partnerships and account side on evaluating each creator’s ROI.

Help assess whether prospective creators are strong and scalable enough for us to work with.

WHO YOU ARE

6+ years’ industry experience in social media, channel or audience management at a publisher, agency, talent management company or creator-led business, including time leading editorial or channel teams.

A proven track record growing Facebook pages and YouTube channels at scale, with a working knowledge of how monetisation works on both platforms.

Editorially sharp: you understand tone of voice, know how content should be packaged, and can flex between creators without their audiences ever noticing the seams.

Comfortable across both the post-production and publishing sides of content creation.

Strong on process and workflow: you keep a multidisciplinary team moving without slowing it down.

Data-literate: confident reporting on performance and turning analytics into editorial and commercial decisions.

A natural owner: proactive, adaptable and happy to get stuck into different areas of the team when it counts.

A leader as well as an operator: you set direction, raise the bar and make the people around you better.

Bonus if you have

Experience working directly with talent, celebrities or large creator brands.

Familiarity with Monday.com or similar workflow tools.

Experience using AI tools to speed up content workflows.

Time at a social publisher or creator-led media company.

WHY JOIN PUBITY GROUP?

Join one of the world’s fastest-growing social media companies, reaching over 1.6 billion people every month.

Work day to day with some of the biggest creators and entertainers on the internet, alongside brand campaigns for the likes of Meta, Warner Bros and Fortnite.

Be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where ideas are valued, ownership is encouraged and your impact is visible.

Grow your career in a business that is embracing AI to redefine how modern content teams operate.

Full-time role with a full benefits package.

Hybrid working from our London HQ. For the right person, we’re open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.

HOW TO APPLY

Apply with your CV and a short note on one creator page you’d grow: what you’d change first, and why. We’d love to see how you think.
