We’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial growth leader to help build the next chapter for Spotify’s podcast growth.

As Creator Growth Lead – Podcasts & Video, you’ll set the vision and growth operating model for creator and catalog growth — combining strategy, experimentation, and cross-functional influence to ensure meaningful long-term growth. You’ll look full-funnel and partner closely with teams across Product, Marketing & CRM, Editorial, and Insights & Analytics to accelerate supply-side creator growth. This role reports into the Global Director of Creator Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Understand creator segments, the creator journey, the industry, and evolving behaviors and needs, and based on that identify, recommend, and execute crucial elements needed to realize meaningful creator and catalog acquisition, activation, and long-term retention.
  • Drive the idea generation and lead execution for key campaigns and full-funnel experiments - from brainstorming to mobilizing teams to launching campaigns and post analysis.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing & CRM, and Insights & Analytics to design and execute across creator channels and product experiences, including A/B-tests, marketing programs, owned landing pages, and product flow optimizations.
  • Act as the connective tissue across teams — build and lead the growth operating model, aligning cross-functional teams around shared KPIs and experimentation cadence.
  • Partner with Insights and Analytics to develop a growth measurement framework, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure. Communicate insights and impact through clear, data-driven storytelling that guides decision-making.
  • Build alignment and influence at all levels — including regular touch points with podcast and company leadership.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years in growth, marketing, or product at a large-scale tech, media, or creator platform.
  • Deep experience in product-led growth, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen; skilled at using data to identify opportunities and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Impact-driven, cross-functional operator who can collaborate with, influence, and inspire teams across Product, Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and Business.
  • Equally strategic and hands-on — capable of architecting frameworks while running experiments and iterating quickly.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who can translate complexity into clarity.
  • Entrepreneurial, inventive, and data-informed — thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a bias for action and curiosity for what’s next.

Where You'll Be

  • This role is based in New York, New York.
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
  • We ask that you come in 1-2 times per week.
