What’s the opportunity?

Our Brand and Creative Studio drives the storytelling that amplifies our purpose, building campaigns and experiences that resonate across the globe, setting our sights on becoming one of the most loved and recognized brands in the SaaS industry.

We are looking for an experienced Creative Visual Designer to shape how our brand comes to life across every touchpoint online and offline. From impactful multi-channel campaigns to social media, video, display, experiential, OOH, and print, you’ll create visually compelling solutions that bring our brand purpose to life. This role goes beyond campaigns, extending to marketing, product launches, and key brand initiatives.

Following the success of our complete rebrand last year, this role is pivotal in driving creative excellence and ensuring we continue to stand out. You’ll help craft experiences that inspire and connect with audiences worldwide, translating our bold ambition into reality: building a brand that doesn’t just support businesses but sparks a movement.

What you'll do:

  • Creative Campaigns: Ideate and execute full-funnel campaigns for product launches, brand moments, and growth initiatives
  • Brand Excellence: Advocate for and maintain the brand’s vision across all touchpoints, ensuring its consistent excellence and integrity
  • Storytelling: Communicate our brand’s point of view through creative storytelling and deep, emotional ideas that resonates with our audience and global community
  • Ideation and Execution: Drive the creative process for initiatives or campaigns across social, video, display and performance, experiential, or print. Develop concepts, art direction, storyboards, or moodboards; create high-quality, brand-aligned assets, and present ideas to stakeholders
  • Cross-disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, designers (digital, creative, motion), and external partners to produce impactful content across social, video, experiential, display, performance, OOH, and print
  • Asset Creation: Build scalable asset libraries and campaign guidelines to support global creative initiatives

What are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of experience (agency or in-house) with a portfolio showcasing expertise in multi-channel storytelling and campaigns across digital, social, video, OOH, and print
  • Expertise in craft, typography, and layout principles, with a solid understanding of digital design, interaction, and product design (while not being a Product Designer)
  • Creative Visual Designer with excellent design craft and a comfort level in contributing copywriting skills when needed
  • Comfortable with creative ideation for all channels and skilled at spotting and capitalising on creative opportunities
  • Confidence in building presentations and communicating your creative process, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders
  • Strategic and solutions-focused: You understand the ‘why’ and seek to fully comprehend the outcomes of briefs before diving into creative execution
  • Organized and able to manage complex projects while working with various teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Clickup (or similar), Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, basic knowledge of After Effects, and a keen interest in using AI to accelerate the creative process
