Superside is looking for Creative Project Managers to strengthen our team.



Joining the Creative Services department, you will craft and execute creative strategies and assets for some of the world’s most forward-thinking companies. All of this while working in a global remote community focused on shaping the future of creative work.



In this role, you’ll take ownership of key accounts from day one, navigate a steep learning curve, and embark on an exciting journey that embraces innovation and AI for creativity.

What You'll Do

  • Manage 20+ concurrently ongoing high-paced creative projects—from strategy to concept to production— collaborating with numerous customers and creatives, including scoping, budgeting, planning, coordination, and execution
  • Understand, discuss, and clarify customers’ objectives and needs and turn them into creative recommendations and concise, creative briefs; present output and discuss feedback
  • Build and empower high-performing accounts teams, collaborating seamlessly with the Creative team to deliver impactful solutions to our customers
  • Partner with our customers to support them in finding the best way to leverage our creative teams' capabilities to achieve their business objectives
  • Work hand-in-hand with customers to uncover opportunities to leverage AI 
  • Identify upgrade, expansion opportunities, and churn risk, and take measures to ensure retention
  • Motivate the creative team to deliver a 10/10 customer experience on every single project
  • Continuously learn, develop, and grow yourself and others

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to present ideas and coordinate work in large international groups
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project/Account/Campaign manager or Creative producer within a brand or advertising function
  • Proven experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent understanding of creative communication and how creative content can drive business outcomes
  • Understanding of creative craft with a solid ability to scope, budget, and manage strict timelines and milestones
  • Experience with project management & collaboration software (e.g., Slack, Notion, Asana, Trello).
  • High-level understanding of Digital Advertising, Social Media platforms, Branding and Communications
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae, Id) and Figma
  • Interest in AI and some knowledge of the leading creative AI tools (especially Midjourney and ChatGPT)
  • An organized, customer-centric, and detail-oriented approach with an account management mindset
  • Autonomy, decisiveness, and accountability

We’re thrilled to be hiring CPMs to join our team in May 2025! Here’s an overview of the timeline so you know what to expect:

  • 20th Jan – 28th Feb: Applications and portfolios will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
  • 27th Jan – 5th Mar: First interviews will be held. This is your opportunity to share your story, skills, and ask us any questions.
  • 3rd Feb – 14th Mar: Take-home case studies will be assigned, followed by presentations to our creative leaders where you can showcase your work.
  • 3rd Mar – 20th Mar: Final interviews with key team members to dive deeper into your experience and fit.
  • 25th Mar – 31st Mar: Offers will be extended to successful candidates.
  • 5th May: Welcome to Superside! This is your official start date.

Salary Policy


Under our salary policy, starting Creative Project Managers (CPMs) are paid a fixed base of USD 2100 + USD 500 in benefits monthly with a performance-based additional payment, paid quarterly. 


Working Hours


Transparently, our CPMs work a lot - above 50 hours per week, sometimes including weekends - to deliver awesome creative and bring the future of Superside to life.
