- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve concepts into full campaigns.
- Provide creative input and guidance on “how” to deliver against creative challenges presented by other communications team members (“the what”), ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
Production & Execution
- Partner with content and experiences team members to manage the creative production process – including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- Collaborate with channel leads to execute campaigns across digital, social, video, and experiential platforms (for both internal and external audiences).
- Ensure every creative deliverable is high-quality, meets brand standards, and is something you’d proudly put your name on.
- Lead or support execution of ideas – even when they aren’t your own – because we don’t have names on the backs of our jerseys.
Strategic Alignment
- Maintain a strong grasp of Ford’s purpose, brand strategy, target audiences, and overarching business goals.
- Work with marketing, brand, communications, and product teams to ensure creative aligns with specific goals – understanding that some goals are about selling vehicles, while others shape how people think about Ford.
- Stay on top of social, industry, and technology trends to identify fresh opportunities for innovation.
Creator Economy & Owned Channel Contribution
- Support Ford’s move into the creator economy by identifying, collaborating with, and building relationships with influencers and creators – targeting 2–3 new creator relationships each quarter, in partnership with the creator economy workstream.
