About the Role & Team

Disney+ brings audiences closer to the stories they love, connecting fans across the world with iconic brands including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic. As part of our Direct-to-Consumer business, you'll help support the delivery of compelling campaigns that engage audiences across EMEA while collaborating with talented teams around the globe.

Disney+ is looking for a highly organised and collaborative Creative Operations Supervisor to join our EMEA Marketing team in London. Reporting to the Creative Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering creative marketing campaigns across the region, partnering with local market teams, regional stakeholders and global colleagues to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time and to the highest quality standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the heart of Disney+ marketing operations, helping to bring world-class campaigns to audiences across EMEA. You will oversee project workflows, coordinate approvals, streamline processes and support teams across multiple territories, ensuring creative work moves seamlessly from brief through to delivery.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

You'll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration, and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

What You Will Do

As Creative Operations Supervisor, you will help drive the successful delivery of creative marketing campaigns across Disney+ EMEA by:

  • Managing campaign workflows, timelines and project priorities to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.

  • Partnering closely with the Creative Ops Manager and wider Marketing team across a broad range of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Coordinating creative approval processes across regional and local EMEA markets, working with creative, marketing, compliance and US stakeholders.

  • Monitoring and tracking approvals, ensuring assets are routed to the appropriate reviewers and approvers.

  • Reviewing marketing and creative briefs to ensure all required information is clear, accurate and complete.

  • Ensuring creative teams have the content, assets and information required to execute campaigns successfully.

  • Performing quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure technical specifications and standards are met.

  • Collating and managing campaign information from multiple stakeholders, including marketing, compliance and creative teams.

  • Acting as a key point of communication between brief owners, creatives and approvers.

  • Maintaining project plans, operational tools, handbooks and processes to support efficient delivery.

  • Identifying opportunities to optimise workflows, drive efficiencies and continuously improve ways of working.

  • Attending campaign briefings and project meetings, providing clear status updates to stakeholders across EMEA and the US.

  • Supporting a collaborative, solutions-focused team environment while helping to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience working in a marketing operations, creative operations or production-focused role within the media, entertainment or related industry.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and creative production workflows.

  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions, markets and levels of seniority.

  • Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to bring teams together and keep projects moving forward.

  • Experience working with schedules, timelines and approval processes.

  • Understanding of creative localisation workflows and practices.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multi-territory teams.

  • Ability to influence, negotiate and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

  • Solid understanding of video, audio and print creative formats.

  • Strong Mac and PC proficiency.

  • Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented approach, with a willingness to take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience at Supervisor level.

  • Experience within a multi-territory production environment.

  • Background in digital, direct-to-consumer (DTC), broadcast or creative agency environments.

  • Experience working with consumer-facing brands.

  • Knowledge of AI tools and their application within creative or operational workflows.

The Perks

  • 25 days annual leave

  • Private medical insurance and dental care

  • Free Park Entry for you, your family and friends

  • Disney discounts on selected products, resort food and beverage, and ticketing

  • Excellent parental and guardian leave

  • Employee Resource Groups including WOMEN @ Disney, Disney Mosaic, Disney PRIDE, ENABLED and TRUST
