Job Description:
Creative Operations Manager, EMEA
Reporting into the Deputy Head of Creative Operations of The Trust International, this role oversees the production and project management of branded content programs across Europe, Middle-East & Africa. Working with our Editorial, Design, Development, Performance and Planning teams, the Creative Operations Manager will help bring creative branded content ideas to life on The Wall Street Journal Barron's Group's multiple platforms. You will be also client-facing, being the point person for client communications while a custom content campaign is in production. Our work spans a diverse range of content, from written work to films and audio stories.
Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage branded content campaigns from brief to delivery
- Develop and manage internal and external timelines for multiple concurrent projects
- Manage the production and delivery of mixed deliverable campaign assets, including original articles, custom landing pages, videos, animations, podcasts, and more.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder needs and expectations through proactive and ongoing communication
- Resourcing of the creative team and external vendors to ensure campaigns are produced and delivered on time and to budget
Skills & Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in creative project management/production (in-house or agency)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record for strong creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task and work in a rapidly changing environment
- Solid organizational and people skills, with the capability to manage and collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams on complex projects
- Strong experience in program management and communication tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Slack, Jira or similar
- Ability to travel for short productions trips, occasionally at short notice (e.g. a week's notice)
- Strong understanding of media and content
