What We're Looking For

We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a visionary Creative Lead to drive a high-performing team of creators and strategists for one of our most successful fitness apps, YogaGo. With a passion for understanding user needs and crafting engaging, brand-supporting marketing campaigns, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the creative strategy. This includes leading execution across all marketing channels—paid search, social media, organic, CRM, and beyond—to fuel user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

As a Creative Lead you will be responsible for the following pillars:

Strategic maturity

  • Design and execute a long-term creative strategy to increase revenue by attracting new users, boosting usage, and enhancing user affinity.

  • This leader will serve as the team's visual partner, owning the playbook for translating marketing messages into compelling ad creatives and being the expert in visual communication.

  • Constantly study users' needs, habits, and jobs to be done. Follow industry trends and inspire the team to find effective ways to address these needs and market trends.   

Creative Direction 

  • Collaborate with the Head of Product Growth and channel leads to determine the most effective ways creative production and design can support their objectives while increasing user excitement and engagement with the product. 

  • Creative Storytelling - Proven ability in producing industry leading creative storytelling that can be implemented across multiple marketing touchpoints while aligning with brand and product directions.

  • Creative Alignment - Ability to ensure that visuals and messaging are consistent and aligned across all marketing channel outputs.

  • Collaborate with product teams to bring a brand and marketing focused point of view in product launches and features.

  • Supervise, evaluate, and guide the team's creative outcomes, providing constructive feedback to elevate their ingenuity.

  • Conduct consistent market research and competitor analysis, understanding the creative landscape and how brands are activating through campaigns and content within the industry.

  • Use a test and learn approach to inspire the team to test new channels, creative formats and approaches to address a wide variety of audiences and needs. 

Creative Production

  • Strong experience in leading and directing creative productions across video, photography and graphic assets for performance and brand led content.

  • Proven ability to direct and lead on-set content productions, effectively executing briefs from marketing teams.

  • Ability to apply strategic thinking to creative productions, ensuring a streamlined approach that  maximises resource and usage of business spend.

  • Collaborate with motion design lead to ensure creative visions are executed through video editing and motion design

  • Innovate by adopting new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve creative output.

Health and Wellness Industry knowledge

  • In-depth and integrated understanding of apps, brands, trends and creators within the health and wellness landscape. 

  • A firm knowledge on a global and local scale of how health and fitness brands and creators are communicating and producing content to leverage and scale community and performance.

  • A genuine personal passion for health, fitness and wellness that can authentically inspire creative output and align with Welltech’s mission. 

Inspirational leadership

  • Plan and coordinate the creative team, and hire the talent to support the app's goals and needs, ensuring the achievement of each project's objectives.

  • Mentor and empower team members through continuous feedback, nurturing their professional growth and capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, including brand, product analytics, and automation, to optimise processes, amplify operational efficiency, provide feedback on creative performance and elevate the overall quality of the product.

Required professional skills

  • Excellence in strategy, ideation and execution across diverse channel touch points.

  • Experience understanding users needs and pain points and translating them to effective ad creatives across multiple markets.

  • Outstanding skills in generating creative concepts with a wide strategic perspective.

  • A comprehensive grasp of distinct ad networks/platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok. CRM, ASO, UGC etc.

  • Robust background in performance marketing that is driven by insights and analytics.

  • A profound comprehension of creative production pipelines.

  • Experience in presenting work with confidence. Ability to clarify underlying reasoning behind creative choices within a broader context.

  • Strong leadership capabilities demonstrated by motivating individuals to achieve remarkable outcomes.

  • Talent acquisition experience with further onboarding skills.

  • Adeptness in delivering constructive and empathic feedback to every team member. Ability to recognise and nurture talents.

  • Open and effective communication aimed at building trust with various stakeholders, including challenging ones.

  • Operate autonomously, eliminating the necessity for continuous managerial guidance.
