Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. We want to be the leading creator of delightful experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property, regardless of their involvement, to improve the industry for everybody by elevating UK Estate Agencies through world-class technology.
Now we’re on the hunt for a Creative Lead who’s sharp, curious, and isn’t afraid of a challenge.

You’ll be dropping into a Marketing department that’s anything but ordinary—tight-knit, fast-moving, creatively fearless, incredibly talented. The Brand team will be your home base, collaborating with experts in copywriting, design, video production, product marketing, and strategy. Together, you’ll craft campaigns that don’t just get noticed, they shift perception, spark leads, and stand out from the competition.

It’s fast. It’s ambitious. It’s brilliantly chaotic. Every day, you’ll jump between mediums and projects to shape the future of how the UK moves home. And your impact will be real, visible, and felt.

If curiosity drives you, if a challenge doesn’t scare you, and if you want to be part of an industry-disrupting company, then this could be the opportunity for you.

A bit about you
  • At least 5 years of designing for B2B, preferably SaaS, companies

  • Comfortable with fast-paced, start-up environments

  • Mastery of at least two of the following domains: graphic design, video production and editing, website design, or copywriting

  • Expertise in working across multiple disciplines to bring together cohesive campaigns

  • Strong knowledge of design systems and principles, and a highly refined visual eye

  • A strong creative flair with the ability to bring fresh ideas to every project

  • Confident in presenting and explaining design decisions

  • Confident in critically reviewing creative output - providing constructive feedback, guidance and mentorship

  • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Webflow experience is desirable

Research has shown that women tend to rule themselves out of applying for jobs unless they meet 100% of the requirements. If you fall into that category and were about to rule yourself out based on the above criteria, please consider applying anyway. We'd love to see your application!

  • Ensure creative output is consistent, high-quality, and delivered on time

  • Design high-end visual content for digital ads, web layouts, pitch decks, social, motion, print adverts, exhibition stands, and more

  • Develop, maintain and update design systems and asset banks as used by marketing

A note on using AI in your job application

As a fast-moving and rapidly evolving tech company, we embrace the advantages of AI and encourage its use throughout our application process. However, our goal is to get to know and hire the authentic you - your skills, experience, and values. We don’t want to hire an AI-generated version of you. We consider AI to be a valuable tool, not something that should overshadow you as an individual.
