Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and driven Designer to join CDW's marketing team, responsible for delivering visually compelling digital and print content that brings campaigns and brand storytelling to life. This role sits at the heart of CDW's creative output, supporting marketing initiatives, global vendor campaigns, and internal communications. You will play a key role in shaping and evolving CDW's visual identity, combining creativity with commercial awareness to produce high-impact design that resonates with modern audiences in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

  • Design and deliver high-quality digital and print assets, including social media content, web banners, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to translate campaign ideas into engaging visual concepts
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution and consistency of CDW's brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Work with senior creatives and stakeholders to deliver impactful and on-brand creative solutions
  • Stay up to date with design trends, pop culture, and emerging technologies to keep creative output fresh and relevant
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with strong attention to detail
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines while bringing new and innovative ideas to the table
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaign performance and engagement

What We Expect of You

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a creative design role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and branding work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD)
  • Solid understanding of digital design principles (HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous)
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and colour
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Interest in technology and an understanding of how design can simplify complex concepts
