Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus company benefits
Location: Capital House, 85 King William Street, London EC4N 7BL
Contract: Full time, permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm with a 30-minute lunch, unpaid

Purpose of the Job:
As a Creative Designer you will work on a variety of print and digital projects within a fast-paced corporate environment. You will use the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, this role requires you to work efficiently with a strong attention to detail. As the Designer, you will leverage your software skills and eye for detail to produce and deliver projects, including business brochures, advertisements, press inserts, web graphics, infographics, and other print-based designs, from concept through to print.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on print, layout, branding, and deadlines
- Prioritize your workload as assigned by the workflow manager
- Produce high-quality print and digital materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards
- Collaborate regularly with clients and work closely with creative colleagues to bring creativity and innovation to the team
- Operate within a highly compliant environment, delivering on-brand creative materials that surpass client briefs
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and support teams, demonstrating the ability to win client work and grow the service
- Quality-check designs and artwork, ensuring they adhere to corporate brand guidelines, approved briefs, and timelines
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts/Graphic Design (or a related field) or equivalent years of experience
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in the design industry
- Experience working in both agency and/or corporate environments preferred
- In-depth understanding of print and digital processes
- Strong conceptual, creative, and production skills, with a solid understanding of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts, and typography
- Experience creating campaigns and extending design concepts across various marketing materials
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience creating and editing interactive PDFs (iPDFs)
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Capable of working independently and taking initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
