An exciting opportunity awaits you as Creative Campaign Lead in our Commercial team. The Creative Campaign Lead is responsible for planning, developing and delivering creative for campaigns across channels including ATL, social, video, digital and paid media channels. The role ensures that our campaigns are strategically aligned to our commercial goals and deliver on our brand goals across our markets.

This permanent position is based in our London Kings Cross office with hybrid working (expectation to be in the office 2 days per week). There will also be travel involved to our offices in Paris and Brussels.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone to:

  • Shape and deliver creative strategy aligned to commercial, brand, and media objectives.
  • Plan integrated creative roadmaps with Media, GTM, Marketing, PR, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop clear, actionable creative briefs for agencies and the in‑house Studio.
  • Manage day‑to‑day agency relationships to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, on‑brief campaign delivery.
  • Lead the execution of integrated brand and performance campaigns across social, digital, and paid media channels.
  • Oversee cross‑market projects such as platform launches, events, and partnerships.
  • Ensure brand identity and creative consistency across all campaign assets.
  • Build a measurement and testing framework to optimise creative effectiveness and provide insight-driven recommendations.

You'll need...

  • Degree‑educated with 5+ years’ experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, social, digital, video, influencer, and performance media.
  • Fluency in English as well as French OR Dutch is essential for this role.
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance, creative effectiveness, and media measurement.
  • Experienced working across multiple geographies and cross‑functional team structures.
  • Solid knowledge of the advertising, social, and digital landscape, including content production, formats, tools, and publishing workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage creative agencies and studio teams to deliver high‑quality output.
  • Strategic mindset with hands‑on experience in creative testing and optimisation.
  • Strong creative eye with a passion for innovation and brand differentiation.
