The Creative Brand Executive will support brand development through ideation, content creation, talent scouting, and community initiatives while driving brand identity and growth.
You will support the Head of Brand Development and Senior Creative Lead in driving forward culturally relevant ideas that strengthen brand identity and fuel growth. This is a highly collaborative, connector role sitting across creative, brand, and social—ensuring cohesion between campaign output, community touchpoints, and always-on content.
Key Responsibilities
Creative, Campaigns & Brand Ideation
- Support the development of creative concepts for brand moments across campaigns, collaborations, brand activations, and social
- Propose relevant talent, collaborators, and cultural trends to elevate brand storytelling
- Contribute to ideation for PR, gifting, and packaging experiences
- Provide ad hoc brand support across copy, packaging inspiration, and key brand initiatives
- Support content creation between bi-monthly releases (newness, swim, curve, etc.)
- Assist with image selects, branding alignment, and creative cohesion across campaign and social outputs
- Capture and support behind-the-scenes content on set
- Contribute to video content creation (iPhone, VHS, 4K formats)
- Take ownership of key regional creative
- Support in build and maintaining a global network of photographers, videographers, and creatives
Casting & Talent
- Assist with castings with a strong focus on new / unsigned faces and build and maintain a strong network of emerging talent across multiple territories
- Continuously scout culturally relevant talent aligned with the Disturbia community / audience
Community & Brand Initiatives
- Support with the planning and execution of IRL brand and community activations and events such as sample sales, community meet ups, open castings etc
- Support the day-to-day running of our digital Book Club
Research & Trend Forecasting
- Stay ahead of emerging trends across fashion, social media, music, youth culture and the alt scene
- Identify new talent, collaborators, and opportunities across platforms
- Regularly share insights on future product, styling, and cultural trends with design and brand teams
- Contribute actively to creative meetings, brainstorming sessions, and pitches
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar role, managing similar responsibilities
- Deep understanding of alt culture, trends, and digital platforms
- Strong creative instinct with a proactive, ideas-first mindset
- Highly collaborative with the ability to connect teams across brand, creative, and social
- Passionate about talent discovery and building creative networks
- Hands-on approach to content creation (comfortable shooting/editing)
- Organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
