About the Role  

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for pixel-perfect design? We're seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Digital Artworker with advanced FIGMA expertise to join our creative team here at Ogilvy Health.
As our Digital Artworker, you'll play a crucial role in adapting and rolling out high-volume design assets across various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. You'll collaborate closely with our design and copywriting teams to deliver award-winning creative work for global campaigns, reaching diverse audiences.

Join us in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays to connect with your team, stay up-to-date on agency developments, participate in brainstorming sessions, and engage directly with clients. As we continue to evolve and optimise our collaborative environment, we anticipate increased in-office time in the coming months to further enhance teamwork, learning, and mentorship opportunities. We'll provide at least three months' notice of any adjustments to our in-office days, ensuring a smooth transition and ample time to adapt.


What You’ll Do
 

  • Adapt and produce digital assets across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Implement design changes and roll out assets efficiently and accurately within tight deadlines.
  • Maintain meticulous file organisation and management.
  • Collaborate effectively with design and copywriting teams.

What You’ll Need  

  • Advanced proficiency in FIGMA is a must.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proven experience in asset production and adaptation for digital platforms.
  • A portfolio showcasing your FIGMA skills and experience in digital design.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage client amends effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
