Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct study site monitoring visits to ensure compliance with protocols, GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
- Manage all aspects of site activities, including site initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits.
- Support patient safety, data integrity, and overall study quality.
- Contribute to feasibility assessments, investigator engagement, and vendor coordination activities.
- Build strong relationships with study sites and act as a trusted partner throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
- Track and report Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) as required.
- Support less experienced team members and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Life Sciences or a related healthcare/scientific discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, such as a CRA or Site Management role.
- Good understanding of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing priorities.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to investigator sites as required.
