Are you looking to take the next step in your clinical research career? Fortrea is seeking an experienced CRA II or a SCRA1 to join our growing FSP team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates based in the South-West region (Bristol/Bath/Swindon/Gloucester/Cheltenham/Cardiff/Exeter area), where you'll work on a variety of clinical studies while developing your expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct study site monitoring visits to ensure compliance with protocols, GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
  • Manage all aspects of site activities, including site initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits.
  • Support patient safety, data integrity, and overall study quality.
  • Contribute to feasibility assessments, investigator engagement, and vendor coordination activities.
  • Build strong relationships with study sites and act as a trusted partner throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
  • Track and report Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) as required.
  • Support less experienced team members and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
     

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Life Sciences or a related healthcare/scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, such as a CRA or Site Management role.
  • Good understanding of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing priorities.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to investigator sites as required.
