This role will be covering the South of the UK.

Travel will be about 75%

Job Summary:


In this position, you are a member of the UK Hospital Sales team with your own territory as defined scope of sales activity.

Working within the Resuscitation Sales team, the CPR Territory Manager role will have responsibility for driving market adoption and uptake of ZOLL’s professional CPR technologies, Code Data Software, Procedural Electrodes and in doing so helping ZOLL become market leader in the Hospital market. You will support the hospital team initiatives through collaboration with Clinical Support team and Sales Engineering team to drive CPR and Code Data adoption.

Essential Functions:
• Achieve and exceed CPR electrode, AutoPulse order budgets
• Develop, drive and execute adequate pipeline to meet territory sales expectations.
• Develop and manage relationships with KOLs and key influencing groups to drive CPR uptake in the territory
• Work in close partnership with Hospital Sales team and Clinical team to ensure strong execution in the field of key programmes to drive CPR electrode and IPR uptake
• Pro-active support of sales teams for building and managing SFDC pipelines
• Work in alignment with Data Engineering team to upsell the ZOLL data products into hospital accounts; and follow progress in post-sale environment.
• Working closely with the clinical support department this person will support/drive our ZOLL Clinical Programs that will drive the CPR update.


Required Skills:
• Sound medical background with appropriate degree, ideally a (registered nurse/EMS is preferred) with training in the areas of anaesthesia & intensive medicine, emergency care and/or intensive care (patients)
• Strategic and customer oriented selling skills
• Ability to effectively present complex ideas and subjects, both in writing and verbally.
• Professional and ethical behaviour and character
 Organisational/Territory Time Management skills
• Basic technical and clinical knowledge to speak competently about ZOLL products
• Class B driver's license
