What this role is all about

CPaaS Registrations Junior Engineer is a junior role within Infobip Platform Operations responsible for delivering successful technical services to both internal and external customers, ensuring all technical services related to projects, registration, administration, and maintenance are delivered in accurate and timely manner while utilizing their expertise in traffic registration worldwide.
This is achieved through doing assignments and activities while keeping high accountability, building relationships with the MNOs (Mobile Network Operators), and improving knowledge.

What you'll do

Number Ordering

  • We offer our clients to purchase available numbers directly through our Portal. If a client requires a number for a specific country that is not currently listed, we will initiate an order with our contracted suppliers following established procedures.

Number Testing

  • Once a number is acquired, it is essential to conduct both Mobile Terminated (MT) and Mobile Originated (MO) tests for each new number. This process ensures that messages can be sent and received correctly. After successful testing, the number will be added to our database, making it available for sale.

Number Setup

  • We facilitate the setup process for our clients using our specialized tools. This includes assigning the number to the client and configuring the necessary actions that will occur when an end user replies to a message from the client. Once this setup is complete, the client can effectively utilize the number for their campaigns.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise with existing setups to ensure smooth operation.
  • Address inquiries related to numbers and assist internal or external stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Document technical procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers to enhance our tools, which involves reporting bugs, testing fixes, and contributing ideas for process improvements.
  • Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.

What makes you a strong fit

  • You have a great eye for detail and have experience with combining&modeling data from different tools (interfaces, databases).
  • Any type of role where you worked in technical scope will be of help.
  • 1 year of experience in the same or a similar role.
  • Technical university is a plus, but not a must.
  • No mater your education, show us troubleshooting is your passions, digging technical problems and finding solutions!
  • Process are important to us so we need a person who is able to follow what is defined but also keep critical thinking on all the time. We strongly believe there is always room for improvement!
  • Collaboration - you're the go to person for internal and external colleagues who will benefit from your advice and guidance.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments and regions.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • It is an advantage if you have experience with: TelQ and Assure - testing tools, Excel, any ticketing system.
