In Belgium the focus is on the following InterSystems capabilities;

We have an office in Belgium (Vilvoorde) hosting a small team of Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support and Admin.

The Country Sales Manager will be principally focused on securing new business in new accounts and growing share of wallet with existing accounts (including some nationwide strategic customers).

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute market plans and campaigns to generate new name end user business.
  • Manage the Partner Eco System to engage them at End User projects
  • Plans sales strategy for target accounts; prepares sales forecasts and related reports
  • Acts as the principal liaison between InterSystems and customer; develops and enhances business relationship by providing high levels of service and by encouraging contact with accounts at various organizational levels; develops and continuously updates account profiles
  • Meets accounts on a regular basis to provide information on features and benefits of InterSystems and its products, and to displace competitors
  • Calls on problem accounts to communicate status of problem resolution and to demonstrate InterSystems’ commitment
  • Utilizes internal resources to achieve sales objectives
  • Provides feedback from customers regarding product performance; provides input to product development and support services for product fixes and enhancement
  • Represents InterSystems at sales conferences to promote the Company’s products and services
  • Introduce ISC products and services and builds a pipeline of new activity within and outside the customer base
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as requested

Qualifications

  • 10+ years related experience within the Software and Healthcare experience is preferred 
  • Demonstrated experience selling software solutions into diverse vertical markets
  • Understanding of Big Data, Internet of Things and Industry 4.0
  • Ability to engage at C suite level
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable track record of Sales overachievement.
  • Strong technical aptitude is essential
  • Proficiency with Dutch, French, and English language
