Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate — not incrementally, but end-to-end. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 1000+ customers in 60+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to the mission. We move fast, operate with intensity, and take real ownership of the problems we tackle — from early thinking to long-term outcomes. We stay close to our customers — from leadership to engineers — and work together to solve real problems with urgency and care. If you thrive in ambiguity, push for excellence, and want to help shape the future of work alongside others who raise the bar, we invite you to build with us.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

Reporting to our VP EMEA Sales, Harvey’s UKI Country Manager will lead and scale our Enterprise Sales organisation across the UK and Ireland.

This is a second-line leadership role. You will lead frontline managers, build a world-class team, and own the regional number. You will be responsible for turning strong early traction into a repeatable, high-performing go-to-market engine across legal and professional services.

We are still early. That means you will operate across altitudes, setting strategy, building structure, and staying close to the field on critical deals. You will help define how Harvey shows up in the UKI market, shape our sales motion, and ensure we are delivering real value to customers adopting AI in high-stakes, knowledge-heavy environments.

We are looking for someone who has done this before, built through managers, scaled teams in ambiguity, and knows what great looks like in enterprise sales.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop frontline sales managers and their teams across the UKI region

  • Own the UKI number including pipeline, forecast, and revenue delivery

  • Build and execute the regional GTM strategy aligned to EMEA priorities

  • Stay close to the field and support on strategic, complex deals and key customer relationships

  • Hire and develop exceptional talent at both manager and individual contributor levels

  • Bring structure where needed by establishing operating cadence, pipeline discipline, and forecast rigor

  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver a cohesive customer experience

  • Codify what is working into a scalable and repeatable sales motion

  • Act as a senior representative of Harvey in the UKI market and build credibility with customers and partners

What You Have
  • 12+ years in enterprise technology sales, including 5+ years leading managers

  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams through second-line leadership

  • Experience owning and consistently delivering against a regional revenue number

  • Strong understanding of UKI enterprise markets, with experience in legal or professional services as a plus

  • Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals using a consultative, value-based approach

  • Comfortable operating in early-stage or high-growth environments and able to create clarity in ambiguity

  • Strong operator mindset with the ability to run pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive accountability

  • High bar for talent with a track record of hiring and developing top performers

  • Executive presence and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders

  • Deep interest in AI and its impact on knowledge work, and a genuine curiosity about how lawyers work
