About eBay Live

We’re looking for an Account Manager to help sellers thrive within eBay Live broadcasts. You’ll be the trusted partner guiding top sellers after they launch — helping them grow audiences, drive GMV, and become category leaders.

This role combines relationship management, strategy, and performance coaching. You’ll help sellers improve stream quality, optimize their business operations, and connect their goals to eBay Live’s broader growth vision.

Position Summary

This role is responsible for developing and leading a premium team of account managers in conjunction with partnering internally with primary stakeholders within the eBay Live Business. Build and maintain strong relationships with priority sellers while leading strategic seller initiatives to scale, grow and develop.  This role focuses on accelerating seller growth through consultative partnership and knowledge sharing, focusing on the most strategic and important relationships within the eBay Live space.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Seller Partnership:

  • Build and maintain a top tier team of account management. Focusing on positive relationships with strategic sellers through regular business reviews and strategic consultations with some of eBay’s largest and most successful accounts.

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for enterprise sellers to ensure successful platform integration and early growth

  • Analyze seller business data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks

  • Demonstrate building customized business plans to help sellers achieve their growth targets and cadances in regards to eBay live.

  • Train team on providing advanced platform knowledge and eBay live best practices for optimal programming.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex seller issues

  • Guide sellers through policy and platform changes while ensuring compliance

  • Track and analyze seller performance metrics to ensure growth targets are met

    

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher from an accredited university. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Been in Account Management or live marketplace for at least 5+ years

  • Been in leadership for at least 5+years

  • Adaptable in a face paced, ever changing environment.

  • Excellent influencing and presentation skills

  • Enjoys public speaking; shows genuine interest and passion in live commerce

  • Strong project management and organization skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities

  • Proven ability to build and handle relationships with all size of business+partners

  • Extensive knowledge of live e-commerce industry trends and standard methodologies

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently

  • Consistent track record of high performance and team ranking

  • Strong cross-functional leader who is also recognized as a collaborator and partner

  • Executive level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tell a compelling story backed by data

  • High degree of ownership and dedication to results

  • Self-motivated to find opportunities and challenges in the business

  • Data-driven approach to planning and decision making. Comfortable and hands-on with data, analytics, and modeling. Strong understanding of P&L

  • Organized problem solver who balances attention to detail with efficiency

  • Willingness to become an expert in the industry, engage with customers directly, and a strong desire to help eBay live grow
