  • Advises the leadership team on management issues and effectively implements new or improved programs, policies, and processes to mitigate risk;

  • Leads, establishes, and implements human resources strategy aligned with overall business plans and objectives.

  • Monitors and ensures full compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices; proactively reviews, drafts, and updates internal HR policies and compliance-related documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Develops and drives local compliance initiatives and projects to ensure organizational adherence to evolving legal frameworks.

  • Possesses deep knowledge of local benefits practices and has experience working with local insurance providers or third-party vendors on benefits or HR-related initiatives.

  • Advises employees on HR policies, procedures, and processes, and supports a positive employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to development, retention, and offboarding.

  • Organizes and leads local cultural and engagement activities to foster a strong company culture and employee morale.

  • Demonstrates strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional resources and drive the successful implementation of HR initiatives.

Who We Look For
  • 5-8 years' experience in human resource management

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related field;

  • Previous experience within the Tech & Startup sector;

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin to deal with international stakeholders and stakeholders who are based in HQ
