  • Coordinate vendor/guarding services, landlord/building management, and local law enforcement as needed.

  • Maintain security SOPs and incident logs; contribute to policy updates and compliance reviews.

Special Event Security

  • Lead risk assessments and develop detailed event security plans (staffing, routes, screening, emergency procedures).

  • Liaise with internal partners (Events, Communications, HR) and external vendors; provide on‑site supervision.

  • Support executive/VIP movements and confidential itineraries with appropriate protective measures and discretion.

Travel Risk Management

  • Issue pre‑trip advisories and situational updates for employees traveling to higher‑risk markets.

  • Monitor third‑party alerting and mass notification platforms to push timely guidance during critical events.

  • Advise travelers and managers on mitigations (routes, accommodations, local regulations, contingencies).

Safety & Cross‑Department Support (AP/Health & Safety)

  • Partner with AP on store incident follow‑ups, audit trends, and corrective actions using ThinkLP dashboards/case management.

  • Support Health & Safety with emergency drills, awareness trainings (e.g., suspicious packages, active assailant), and response coordination.

  • Contribute to compliance efforts (e.g., CCTV codes of practice, local privacy/recording rules) in collaboration with Legal/HR.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • 1–3+ years in corporate/physical security, event security, AP, or related risk roles (EMEA experience preferred).

  • Demonstrated capability with access control/CCTV, incident reporting, and vendor management.

  • Experience planning and running security for corporate events or executive movements.

  • Working knowledge of travel risk management practices (e.g., pre‑trip assessment, journey planning, crisis communication).

  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills (Facilities, IT, HR, Retail Ops, Legal) and clear written/verbal communication.

Perks:
