Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter to drive consultative, end-to-end recruitment efforts across our global organization. As a key member of our fun, passionate, and growing Talent Acquisition and HR team, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. 

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who excels at partnering with leaders at all levels, communicates effectively, thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and has experience securing top talent across a broad range of functions.

This position is based in our London office and follows a hybrid work model of working 2 days per week in office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and locations.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

  • Proactively source and engage talent across all business areas, building strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates.

  • Provide consultative insights, feedback, and recommendations to support hiring decisions and workforce needs.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Manage a diverse requisition load, often including specialized or global roles.

  • Leverage social media, employer branding strategies, and creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).

Desired Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, global experience preferred. Prior agency experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring decisions across all levels of an organization.

  • Proven success in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Experience with Workday Recruit is a plus.
