Job Description
Be part of a dynamic team working closely with senior marketers to deliver equity solutions to the firm's Corporate and Private Side clients. Your role with us will involve collaborating with top professionals in the Investment and Corporate Bank to help clients efficiently execute transactions such as share buybacks, ATM issuance, financing solutions and management of both portfolio and concentrated single stock positions.
As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the origination and execution of numerous equity-based strategies, including derivatives. You will work alongside experienced senior marketers to deliver a variety of equity solutions to our clients across capital allocation, hedging, monetization, and financing discussions. Your contributions will be vital in helping clients evaluate and achieve their strategic equity goals.
Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain marketing materials and proprietary databases across share repurchase activity, ATM issuance, and equity cross holdings.
  • Monitor equity markets, focusing on stock-specific news and M&A, generating ideas and solutions for clients.
  • Present creative solutions to internal and external clients, including corporate management and treasury teams.
  • Coordinate transaction execution and follow-up, including onboarding, accurate trade documentation, and seamless trade settlement.
  • Drive internal process efficiency, collaborating between internal stakeholders, to deliver a best-in-class client experience.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and corporate finance.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and marketing skills.
  • Ability to manage and multi-task across various projects/transactions end-to-end.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, be proactive, and work well within a team.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Equity Derivatives and/or Equity Capital Markets experience.
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear terms and actionable steps.
  • Experience in planning and managing transaction execution.
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfort with PowerPoint.
  • Strong quantitative skills and comfort with Excel.
  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework of US Equity Capital Markets.
