Corporate Partnerships Executive

We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Executive to help grow our co-brand card portfolio and manage strategic corporate partnerships that drive customer acquisition and incremental revenue.

About the Role

As a Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and development of our co-branded credit card programme and wider corporate partnerships. Working closely with both internal departments and external partners, you’ll ensure the seamless execution of marketing activity and contribute to the ongoing success of our long-term partner relationships. You’ll be instrumental in campaign planning, communications, and performance tracking, while delivering best-in-class account support for our valued partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns with co-brand card partners, aligned with agreed project objectives.

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders across CRM, Loyalty, Creative, Events, and Marketing to deliver high-quality, on-brand activations.

  • Managing communication with external partners and internal teams to ensure expectations are met and campaigns are delivered on time.

  • Compiling post-campaign reports and tracking key KPIs such as customer acquisition, campaign performance, and partnership pipeline updates.

  • Assisting with the day-to-day account management of co-brand card partners, including support for wider company promotions across partner channels.

About You

You’ll be an organised, confident and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams. You bring a natural ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. Your attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple campaigns, and understanding of how to deliver value for external partners will set you apart.

You will:

  • Have a previous experience in partnership marketing, account management or campaign execution, ideally within credit card, loyalty, retail or financial services sectors.

  • Be skilled at building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with excellent communication and influencing abilities.

  • Possess strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.
