Market-Leading Deal Flow | Work with the North West’s Leading Dealmakers

If you’re a corporate lawyer in the Northwest, you’ll know not all deal flow is equal.

Some teams talk about transactions. Others deliver them.

Napthens has been recognised as the most active legal adviser in the Northwest (Experian Market IQ, 2025) — completing 54 transactions in a year where the region saw 930 deals worth over £11bn.

We are firmly at the centre of the region’s M&A market—and continuing to grow.

The Opportunity

We’re looking to add an experienced Corporate Lawyer to our Lancashire team.

You’ll gain exposure to:

  • A strong pipeline of mid-market and SME transactions

  • Focus on pragmatic, efficient deal execution
  • Real emphasis on client relationships and repeat work

We’re already leading the way—this is your chance to be part of a team that is shaping the market, not following it.
