  • Portfolio Stewardship: Proactively monitoring the financial evolution of our portfolio to early identify risks and opportunities.

  • Decision Support: Crafting high-quality materials for Credit and Business Committees, providing insights that shape our lending decisions.

  • Collaborative Liaison: Acting as a bridge between internal units (Business, Risks, Legal) and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless admission and monitoring process.

  • Risk Advocacy: Identifying material events affecting client credit quality and assisting senior management in executing recommendations from the Loan Review Committee.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Specific Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial statement analysis and credit risk metrics. Familiarity with the UK corporate landscape, specifically within Industrial and Diversified sectors.

  • Experience: Solid professional experience in credit risk analysis or corporate banking, preferably within a CIB or wholesale banking environment.

  • Academic Background: University Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.

  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (C1/C2).

  • Personal Skills: Impactful Communication: Ability to present complex financial data clearly and persuasively.

    • Priority Management: Excellence in delivering high-quality work in dynamic environments while maintaining focus on results.

    • Collaborative Mindset: A natural team player who thrives in multicultural and cross-functional settings.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with ESG integration in credit risk frameworks.

  • Direct experience in the UK Mid-Corporate market segment.

  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI or Tableau) for risk monitoring.

  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus due to the Group’s global footprint.

Please note that priority will be given to candidates who are eligible to work in the UK.
